Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Jamie Kay garment tags remain attached and the clothing is neatly folded.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
